1.2 Service Description

@AdamsWinter provides software for preparing and submitting UK corporation tax returns (CT600) to HMRC and micro-entity accounts to Companies House.

1.3 Eligibility

The Service is intended for use by UK-registered companies and their authorised representatives. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

1.4 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

1.5 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service to submit false or fraudulent information to HMRC or Companies House.

1.6 Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed annually. Payment is processed via Stripe. All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

1.7 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused portions of the billing period.

2.1 Data We Collect

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, company details, financial data for filing) and automatically (IP address, browser type, usage data).

2.2 How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to provide the Service, process filings, communicate with you, and improve our products. Financial data is used solely for preparing and submitting statutory filings.

We share data with HMRC and Companies House as required for statutory filings. We use Stripe for payment processing. We do not sell your personal data.

2.4 Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active plus 7 years (to meet HMRC record-keeping requirements). You can request deletion of your account at any time.

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, secure server infrastructure, and access controls.
