Change "Start Filing" button when it's too soon to file

Not much point in having the button enabled when we've not reached the end of the period (unless you're changing the period end dates, I guess?)

Thanks for the feedback. The dashboard has been re-designed and addressed this issue so thanks for raising it. When a new period is now able to be filed it will automatically appear on your dashboard too.
